RESERVE ONLINE PICKUP IN STORE

What is it?

“Reserve Online” is a new way to get the items you need quickly and easily at a store that is convenient for you. When you reserve online, your parts will be held for you at your preferred NAPA Auto Parts Store until you have an opportunity to stop in. You pay for your parts when you pick them up. It’s easy as 1–2–3.

Step 1: Select your store

After clicking the “Order Online” menu item, or the “Look Up Parts …” link in the orange “Order Online” box on the Home page, our store’s page at Napa Online will open in a new tab. Click the “Make My Store” button to select us as your store.

To begin the process of finding and reserving parts, click the “Sign In” link near the top right of the page and sign in. If the link says “Welcome back,” followed by your name, you are already logged in. If you don’t have an account on Napa Online, sign up using the form on the right.

Step 2: Find your items

After signing in, select your vehicle from the “My Vehicle” pull-down menu. If you need to add a vehicle to your account, click the “Add New Vehicle” link on the pull-down menu and enter your specific vehicle information. Next, choose a category from the “Parts & Accessories” menu to start your search. Refine your search by selecting a category from the ones that appear on the right. Refine your search results by selecting a category from the list under the “Filter Results By” heading in the left column. You can also select individual product lines here.

The price of each item listed will be in the right column. Immediately below the price will be either an “Available In Store” or “Call Store for Availability” note. Items with the “Call Store for Availability” note are not currently in stock at the store, but are probably available for order. Please call the store to verify the specific location and delivery details for those items. If there are multiple pages of results returned, click the ‘Next >’ at the bottom of the page to advance to the next page (12 items are displayed per page).

When you find an item you need, just click the “Reserve Online & Pick Up In Store” button to add that item to your shopping cart.

(At this point you may be asked to confirm vehicle attributes. After selecting the Confirm Attributes button, a “PLEASE PROVIDE MORE DETAIL ON YOUR VEHICLE” link will appear on the page. Clicking the new link will reveal one or more additional pieces of information that are required, i.e., Engines, or Transmission Type, etc. Click the new form boxes and select one of the options that appear. You will now need to again find the item you were trying to select, and re-click its “Reserve Online & Pick Up In Store” button.)

In the “Successfully added to cart” pop-up box that appears, select either CONTINUE SHOPPING, or CHECKOUT NOW. Repeat these steps for any additional items you need.

Step 3: Confirm reservation

After adding items to your cart, you can view them or make changes by clicking on the shopping cart icon near the top right of the page. (If the shopping cart icon isn’t visible, you may need to widen your browser window, or scroll the window to the right.) Review the items in your shopping cart, and when satisfied, click the CHECKOUT NOW button. When you reserve an item online, your store will hold the item for you to pick up. You pay for your order when you pick it up.

Notes:

To select a different NAPA store, click the little down arrow under “My Store” at the top of the page and click “Change My Store.” If the store you want is in the list that comes up, select it by clicking its “Make My Store” button. If it isn’t in the pop-up list, enter the new store’s zip code in the search box. You will be presented with a map and a list of stores in the zip code’s general area. Select the desired store by clicking its “Make My Store” button.

Don’t be confused if you notice your old store’s page is still displayed in the browser at this point. The yellow button will have changed to read “Make My Store,” since it is no longer your chosen store. To see your NEW store’s page, click its address under “My Store” in the blue top banner, then click the store name in the pop-up box that appears.
